We’re stating the obvious here but nothing beats a traditional Italian pizza! We love the classic recipe, the Italian cooking techniques and the fresh ingredients. That’s why we decided to bring it to Scotland! Check out our pizzas here.



From the New York slice to the Chicago deep dish to the world-renowned pizza chefs of Las Vegas, the American variations on pizza are seemingly endless. Pizza road trip, anyone? Got to try every kind!



That’s right, Brazil is home to some of the best pizza in the world with over 9,000 pizzerias in Sao Paolo alone!



If you need convincing, just look at Johnny Di Francesco in Melbourne who runs the city’s 90 Secondi restaurant. In 2014 he won the Pizza World Championship, beating 600 entrants from 35 countries.



The Japanese variation on pizza is a delightful savoury pancake; ‘Okonomiyaki’. The name is derived from the word okonomi, meaning “what you like” or “what you want”, and yaki meaning “grilled” or “cooked”, and countless variations are available across the country.



The traditional Turkish pizza contains olive oil, garlic cloves, onions, basil, parsley, and minced meat and is primarily enjoyed in the evenings.
