Wicked sauce for our new Spicy Barbeque Pizza Chicken proved a tough recipe as Richard and Dad fought it out for the right amount of heat and tanginess to suit the majority of people. A Barbeque sauce has so many ways it can be made. It’s so subjective.

Talking of barbeques… there are some big competitions in the US. In Texas they like it cooked low’n’slow. In Louisiana it’s spicy and sloppy (with lots of sauce). Ours? Well, you’ll just have to try it and let us know!
